Investigating Officer Speaks Out

“Lucock set out that night intent on seriously injuring the victim,” said Detective Constable Kati Edge.

“He arranged with Samuel to get the victim to that location so he could carry out the attack, believed to be connected to drug dealing. Lucock’s long sentence reflects the violence and severity of his crime. Samuel, although not directly inflicting injuries, played a key role and rightly faces sentencing accordingly.”
