Dover Man Arrested After High-Speed Police Chase
Luke McLoughlin, 23, from Lowther Road, Dover, is set to face court next month over a dangerous driving incident.
Police Pursuit Ends in Dover
On Saturday 7 March 2020, officers in Canterbury flagged down a car on New Dover Road. Instead of stopping, the vehicle sped off, sparking a dramatic chase along the A2.
The pursuit finally ended when the car came to a halt on the A256 in Dover.
Multiple Charges Filed
McLoughlin was charged with dangerous driving, failing to stop for police, and driving over the legal alcohol limit on his breath.
He was granted bail and is due to appear at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on 8 April.
