£10 Million Cocaine Haul Seized at Dover Docks
Rafal Czajka was caught red-handed at Eastern Docks, Dover on 16 November 2021. Border Force officers stopped his vehicle and discovered a cunning hide built into the trailer’s bulkhead, cleverly concealed behind a wooden board fastened with rivets.
Hidden Stash Contains 45 Kilos of Class A Drugs
Once the board was removed, officers uncovered six metal box sections stuffed with 45 kilos of cocaine wrapped in brown tape. The haul is worth millions on the streets.
Home Office Vows to Crack Down on Drug Trafficking
“Border Force’s work with the NCA to stop drugs entering the UK is a core part of the Government’s 10-year drug strategy to cut crime and save lives,” said Martin Coates, Deputy Director of Home Office Border Force South East and Europe.
Authorities remain firm in their commitment to tackling class A drug smuggling, working closely with key partners like Border Force to keep Britain’s borders and communities safe.
