Aylesbury Man Slapped with Two-Year Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction
Lee Trotman Banned from Town Centre
Lee Trotman, 44, from Primrose Court, Aylesbury, has been hit with a civil injunction lasting two years. Milton Keynes County Court handed down the order on Wednesday (11/11) following ongoing trouble.
Strict Conditions Clamp Down on Trotman
The injunction comes with tough rules. Trotman must:
- Leave any land or premises immediately if asked by the owner or their agent.
- Avoid using threatening or abusive language, including towards police and council workers.
- Stay out of Aylesbury town centre — defined by the ring road, Oxford Road, Friarage Road, New Street, Upper Hundreds, and Exchange Street — except to visit his mum via the bus station.
- Refrain from any aggressive, violent, or disorderly behaviour towards people or property.
- Obey reasonable instructions from police officers, PCSOs, or council employees.
- Not carry open alcohol vessels in public places.
Police Praise Team Effort to Curb Anti-Social Behaviour
PC Glen Crosland of Aylesbury Police Station welcomed the injunction. He said: “This is a great result and a great example of teamwork within the police working together to get this injunction into place to help tackle anti-social behaviour in the town centre.”
PC Crosland added that Trotman’s troublemaking has been ongoing for years, peaking with several incidents between May and October this year. “I hope this action sends a message to others who think they can disrupt and cause misery to everyday people — such behaviour won’t be tolerated.”
