Paedophile Damian Kinston Locked Up for Sick Child Sex Crimes

Damian Kinston was sentenced today at Swindon Crown Court after a jury found him guilty of horrific sex offences against a child under 13. His crimes include multiple counts of sexual assault, rape, and penetrating a child under 13, plus engaging in sexual activity in front of a child.

Justice Served: Predator Hit with Tough Orders

Kinston hasn’t just been locked behind bars. He’s slapped with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, added to the Sex Offenders Register, and slapped with an indefinite restraining order to protect his victim and the public. Detective Sergeant Vaughan didn’t hold back:

“Kinston is a sexual predator who repeatedly subjected his victim, only seven when the abuse started, to horrendous assaults for his own sick gratification. Despite being caught at trial in September, he shows zero remorse.”

The detective praised the bravery of Kinston’s victim, adding,

“She has shown incredible courage throughout this ordeal, especially at such a young age. Her strength in reporting this abuse and standing strong through the investigation is truly commendable.”
