Plainclothes cops caught a man flashing in broad daylight in Margate’s College Walk on Tuesday, 7 May 2024.
Flash Arrested on the Spot
Ricky Neville, 55, was nabbed during the patrol and charged the same evening with exposure and breaking a sexual harm prevention order.
Court Appearance and Custody
The Margate resident made a quick stop at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court the next day. He was remanded in custody and is set to face trial at Canterbury Crown Court on 10 June.
