Teenager Faces Court Over Parliament Square Blotch

Benjamin Clark, 18, from Wilton Crescent, Hertford, has been charged with criminal damage after defacing the iconic Winston Churchill statue in Parliament Square.

Incident Dates Back to Early September

The damage occurred on Thursday, 10 September. Clark is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 9 October to face the charges.
