Man Stabbed to Death Outside Belvedere Station
Police launched a murder probe after a man was found fatally stabbed outside Belvedere Railway Station.
Tragic Scene at Belvedere Station
At 10.13pm on 18 September 2021, emergency crews rushed to reports of an injured man outside the station. Despite their efforts, 45-year-old Vitali Skrypniak from Lviv Oblast, Ukraine, died at the scene.
Fatal Wound Revealed
A post-mortem on 21 September confirmed Vitali’s cause of death: a single stab wound to the chest.
Suspect Charged With Murder
Christopher Brownly-Otiede, 27, from Sorrell Close, SE28, was charged with Vitali’s murder on 1 April. He is set to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on 2 April.
