Mohammed Abbkr, 28, from Edgbaston, Birmingham, appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court this morning (23 March). He has been remanded following shocking attacks in Ealing and Birmingham.
Alleged Arson Attacks on Two Men
Abbkr is accused of spraying a flammable substance on two separate men, before setting the liquid alight. These terrifying incidents happened on 27 February in Ealing and 20 March in Birmingham.
