Pervert Snaps Female Students Then Threatens Violence and Racist Abuse Online

Thomas Cramer, 29, from Addlestone, has been locked up for 10 months after terrorising Royal Holloway students with vile photos and hate-filled threats.

10 Months Behind Bars Plus Tough Criminal Behaviour Order

At Guildford Crown Court on Thursday (26 August), Cramer pleaded guilty to harassment, racially aggravated harassment, possession of cannabis, and driving without a licence or insurance. He will serve five months in prison, with another five months on licence.

Horrific Stalking and Racist Abuse on Instagram

Police first arrested Cramer on 30 May following reports that he was secretly photographing female students on the Royal Holloway campus in Egham and uploading the images to Instagram with degrading captions. When users challenged him, he fired back with violent threats and racist slurs.

Despite being released under investigation, Cramer was arrested again on 1 June for uploading similar content and continuing his online threats.

Drug Downer and Driving Offender

When Cramer showed up at Staines police station, officers found him under the influence of cannabis and in possession of the drug. He was also busted for multiple driving offences, including driving without a licence or insurance.

Criminal Behaviour Order Keeps Him Off Campus

Cramer also admitted racially abusing his housing officer twice in March. His new five-year Criminal Behaviour Order bans him from Royal Holloway University and student accommodation. It also prohibits filming or photographing women without consent, or posting such images online.

“Cramer made the students at The Royal Holloway fear for their safety in the place that they lived, studied and socialised,” said Inspector James Wyatt, Borough Commander for Runnymede. “His racist and derogatory comments towards ethnic minorities and women are wholly unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I want to thank everyone who reported these incidents. I hope this sentence reassures Surrey’s student community.”
