Rampage at East Leake Home Ends in Jail for Wayne Stock

Wayne Stock, 34, unleashed a terrifying spree of violence and destruction on Falcon Way, East Leake. Before breaking into a house, he smashed the windscreens and wing mirrors of two parked cars and jumped on their roofs.

Smash and Attack: Chaos Inside the Home

Police arriving just before 10pm on December 18 found Stock had trashed the downstairs of the property. He smashed fixtures, fittings, and Christmas decorations, even throwing paint and food across the kitchen.

Three Years and Four Months Behind Bars

The victim, known to Stock, suffered minor facial injuries and cuts to her arm. Stock, from Oxley Close, Shepshed, was sentenced at Nottingham Crown Court for actual bodily harm and criminal damage.

“This was a shocking and violent offence that caused considerable distress to the victim, her family and her neighbours,” said Detective Sergeant Paul Parish.

“Stock first caused considerable damage to two cars parked at the front of the property, before compounding this offence by smashing his way into the home and attacking this victim. I am pleased that Stock has finally been punished for this offence and hope that the length of this custodial sentence can bring some degree of comfort to his victim.”
