Man Charged Over Shocking Wandsworth Shooting

Detectives have charged a man following the murder of 21-year-old Rico Andrews in Wandsworth. The suspect, Josh Eno, 23, with no fixed address, was arrested on Thursday, 26 October.

Murder Charge After Gunshots Heard on Shuttleworth Road

Police launched a murder investigation after receiving reports of gunshots on Thursday, 5 October at around 9:50pm on Shuttleworth Road, SW11. Officers and the London Ambulance Service rushed to the scene.

Despite emergency first aid, Rico Andrews sadly died at the scene from a gunshot wound to the chest, confirmed by post-mortem.

Suspect to Appear in Court

Josh Eno is due to appear in custody at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 28 October.

Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward

Detective Chief Inspector Neil John of the Met’s Specialist Crime Command said: “While a charge has been brought, we still need help from the public. If you were in the area, saw anything unfold or have footage on your phone or doorbell, please get in touch immediately.”
