Kent Police sprang into action after CCTV operators spotted a woman being assaulted in Pencester Gardens on the afternoon of Friday, 6 October 2023. Officers were quick to arrive and made an immediate arrest.
Dover Man Faces Multiple Charges
Ronnie Bruce, 35, from Dover, has been charged with a string of offences including assaulting a woman, intentional strangulation, assaulting an emergency worker, a racially aggravated public order offence, and assaulting a man.
Remanded in Custody, Next Hearing Set
Bruce appeared before Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 9 October, where he was remanded in custody. His case is due back at the same court on 27 October.
