Teen Shot in Edgware – Police Hunt Witnesses

Police are urgently appealing for witnesses after a 16-year-old boy was shot in Edgware late on Sunday night.

Teen Taken to Hospital with Leg Injury

Officers rushed to Abbots Road at 12.06am on 25 July following reports of a shooting. They found the teenager with a gunshot wound to his leg. He was quickly taken to a hospital in North London by ambulance. Fortunately, his injury is not life threatening.

Met’s Trident Team Launches Investigation

Detectives from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command, Trident, are leading the probe. The circumstances around the shooting remain unclear. No arrests have been made so far.
