A reckless rider tore through Pembury Road six times, smashing the 30mph speed limit and flipping off the camera each time, Kent Police say.
Unlicensed, Uninsured, and Utterly Antisocial
The 44-year-old biker’s brazen antics didn’t go unnoticed. Officers from Kent Police’s Roads Policing Unit rolled up in an unmarked car on the afternoon of Wednesday 26 April 2023, responding to the dangerous stunt riding. Within 15 minutes, they tracked down the culprit—who was riding without a licence and no insurance too.
Speeding and Showboating Lands Him in Hot Water
The man has been reported for both offences and will face court over his repeated speeding. Police have warned that such behaviour isn’t just childish — it’s deadly.
Police Chief Sounds Warning
“Speed limits and cameras are there to protect the public and shouldn’t be treated like a game,” said Chief Inspector Craig West, Head of Roads Policing.
“Speeding drivers risk fines, points, court, and worst of all — causing crashes that lead to serious injury or death. Drive responsibly to keep everyone safe.”
