Prison Fugitive on the Run After Daring Escape

Lewis Pinches, 23, bolted from an open prison at 8.45pm on April 3. The convict was locked up for six years after a brutal robbery and grievous bodily harm conviction at Wolverhampton Crown Court.

Fugitive Details and Aliases

Pinches stands 5ft 9in tall, has a slim build, brown-blonde hair, and piercing blue eyes. He’s also known as Lewis Birch and Lewis Bridges. The manhunt covers West Midlands hotspots Walsall, Brownhills, Blakenhall, and even stretches to Porthcawl in South Wales.

Last Seen Clothing & Police Warning

When he vanished, Pinches was clad in a dark jacket, sweatshirt, jogging bottoms, black trainers, and a baseball cap featuring a dark blue and grey pattern with a small logo on the back.

Public are warned not to confront him. Anyone with information should ring Derbyshire Police quoting incident number 1190 of April 3.
