Knife Attack Shakes Brighton: Police Hunt Man in CCTV Snaps
Sussex Police are hunting a man caught on camera after a brutal stabbing in Brighton. The victim, a 45-year-old local, was slashed multiple times in a savage attack in the early hours.

The violent assault happened around 2.15am on Friday, April 26, close to the junction of London Road and Rose Hill Terrace. A group ambushed the Brighton man, leaving him with serious knife wounds. Thankfully, his injuries are not life-threatening, but he needed urgent hospital treatment.
Three Teen Girls Arrested Over Attack
In a swift move, cops nabbed three 17-year-old girls from Brighton. The trio now face serious charges including:
- Grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent
- Possession of an offensive weapon in a public place
Their names remain under wraps due to their age. They appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on April 28 and were bailed with strict conditions. They must return to court on May 27.
Police Seek Public’s Help to ID Mystery Man
Sussex Police have released a CCTV image of a man they urgently want to speak to. He could hold key information about the stabbing.
“We are urging anyone who recognises the man in the image or has any information about the events that night to come forward as soon as possible,” said a police spokesperson.
