Disturbing Details: Stabbed Asleep, Then Sexually Abused

In custody, Juska revealed the victim was a family friend staying over. He told police he wanted to “lash out” but insisted it wasn’t someone close to him. Admitting to a night of drinking and cocaine, Juska said he grabbed a large kitchen knife at 6:40am, climbed upstairs, and stabbed her repeatedly as she slept. Horrifically, he sexually abused the woman after her death.

Life Behind Bars for ‘Deeply Disturbed’ Killer

Juska pleaded guilty at Maidstone Crown Court and was sentenced on November 28, 2025, to life imprisonment. He must serve at least 24 years and seven months before parole.

Judge Justice Dexter Dias KC: “Juska is a deeply disturbed individual who committed an extreme explosion of sexual and sadistic conduct. There may never become a time where it is safe to release you.”

Detective Sergeant Max Gregory: “This shocking and senseless brutality defies belief. He targeted a helpless woman as she slept, inflicting multiple injuries in a sustained, savage attack. His actions have devastated a family, robbing them of a beloved daughter and sister. We are relieved he is now behind bars for life and can no longer threaten anyone.”
