Man and Woman Stabbed Outside Kebab Shop in Dock Road
Police were scrambled at 10pm last night after ambulance crews found a man and woman with stab wounds outside a kebab shop in Dock Road.
Victims Attacked Through Car Window
The pair were reportedly stabbed through the window of their stationary car near Stallions kebab shop. The victims are a 26-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman.
The man was rushed to hospital with serious injuries but is now said to be out of danger. The woman was also treated and has since been discharged.
Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward
“Although this incident is alarming, we believe that the parties involved were known to each other,” said Inspector Paul Ballard. “We know there was a large group of people in the area. Please get in touch if you have any information.”
