Man Charged After Brutal Dover Attack and Robbery
Violent Assault Rocks Dover
A 34-year-old man has been charged over a serious assault and robbery in Dover. Kent Police rushed to Snargate Street at around 9pm on Saturday, 16 September 2023, after reports of a violent attack.
Victim Found With Head Injuries
Officers discovered a man in his 40s suffering from head injuries. He was quickly rushed to a London hospital, where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
Suspect Set to Face Court
After a thorough investigation by East Kent CID, Kurt Collins was charged with grievous bodily harm with intent, robbery, and criminal damage. Collins, from Townsend Close, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, is scheduled to appear before Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 28 September.
