London County Lines Dealer Busted: Six Years in Jail
Ashan Senior, 22, from Stockwell, London, has been slammed with a six-year prison sentence for running a ruthless county lines cocaine operation in Hull.
Police Crackdown on Cross-Country Drug Running
Senior was caught red-handed after Humberside Police’s Organised Crime Team teamed up with the Metropolitan Police. Between September and December 2022, he regularly hopped trains between London and Hull, broadcasting drug deals to local users.
When police raided his London home, they found a handwritten address book packed with contact details of Hull drug users – a key piece of evidence in the case.
Detective Warns of Drugs’ Impact on Communities
“Ashan Senior sought to bring cocaine to the streets of Hull,” said Detective Constable Paterson.
“Thanks to close collaboration with the Met Police, British Transport Police, and the National County Lines Co-ordination Centre, we tracked and arrested him in London in January 2023.
“Drugs fuel misery and crime in our communities. Locking up dealers like Senior helps keep our streets safer.”
