Drug Raids in Eynesbury Shake Up Local Crime Scene

Police have launched a fierce crackdown on drug dealing in Eynesbury this week, executing two warrants in the space of days.

Cannabis and Deadly Weapons Seized

This morning, officers from the St Neots neighbourhood team swooped on a home in Fairfax Court after tip-offs from locals. Police Dog Bailey sniffed out cannabis hidden inside. Alongside the drugs, cops found a stash of weapons, including knuckle dusters and a massive Rambo-style blade.

Two Arrested, Investigation Rolls On

  • A 19-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply.
  • A 17-year-old boy faces charges related to offensive weapons and drug supply involvement.

Both suspects remain in custody as the investigation continues.

Earlier this week, officers also raided a property on Hardwick Road, recovering mobile phones, cash, cannabis, and another knuckle duster. Crime reports for drugs and weapons offences have been filed.

Police Call on Public to Keep Reporting Drug Activity

“Drugs and drug dealing have no place in Eynesbury or anywhere else in the county,” said Sergeant Rob Streater. “I’d encourage members of the public to continue to report suspicious activity so we can act on it.”

“Drugs bring a whole host of criminality, including violence and exploitation, threatening the most vulnerable in our community.”

If you suspect drug dealing in your area, report it to your local police immediately.
