Man Charged After Woman Left Fighting for Life in SW19 Assault
Arrest Made in Nelson Grove Road Attack
Joshua Nahum, 32, of Nelson Grove Road, SW19, was charged on Sunday, 30 April. He is set to appear in custody at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 1 May.
Woman Hospitalised with Critical Injuries
Police were called at 7.16pm on Friday, 28 April following reports of an assault at a home on Nelson Grove Road. Officers arrived alongside London Ambulance Service to find a woman in her 30s severely injured.
She was rushed to hospital and remains in a critical condition.
Investigation Ongoing
Her next of kin have been informed. Detectives from the public protection team in south-west London are leading the inquiry with enquiries ongoing.
