Big Drug Bust in Worthing: Two Arrested After Major Sting
Police swooped on a Worthing flat in a dramatic drug raid on January 14th. Two suspects were arrested after officers found a haul of Class A drugs and a stack of cash.
Drugs, Cash & Weapons Seized on Oxford Road
The raid, carried out under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, targeted an apartment on Oxford Road. Inside, cops uncovered a large quantity of hard drugs and a significant amount of money.
40-Year-Old Worthing Man and 19-Year-Old Findon Woman in Custody
A 40-year-old man from Worthing and a 19-year-old woman from nearby Findon were arrested. They face charges of intending to supply Class A drugs, possessing Class B substances, and having a weapon in a private residence.
Both have since been released on bail as investigations continue.
