A Windsor woman has been found guilty of sexual activity with a child following a Thames Valley Police probe.
Leah Cordice Found Guilty After Trial
Leah Cordice, 17 at the time, was convicted by a unanimous jury at Reading Crown Court on March 4. She engaged in sexual activity with a 13-year-old boy. The illegal relationship resulted in a baby born in 2017, with DNA tests confirming the boy as the father.
Police Investigation & Court Details
- The case was reported to Thames Valley Police in June 2018.
- Cordice was arrested on 9 July 2018 and questioned.
- She denied guilt, claiming the boy had raped her multiple times.
- The jury rejected her defence and found her guilty of at least five counts of sexual activity between December 2016 and August 2017.
- Cordice will be sentenced on 3 April at Reading Crown Court.
- She was acquitted of two further counts related to sexual activity with a child.

“The victim has endured a traumatic ordeal, including discovering he fathered a child at such a young age,” said Detective Constable Charlotte Jack of the Child Abuse Investigation Unit. “He bravely gave evidence in open court, despite facing false rape allegations himself. I commend him and his family for their strength and patience throughout this case.”
