Fitness Influencer’s £16k Private Jet Flight Sparks Fury
Harrison Sullivan, 24, aka HSTikkyTokky, the fitness influencer from Brentwood, made headlines when Surrey Police splashed nearly £16,000 to fly him back to the UK in a private jet last summer. Sullivan had been on the run for almost a year after a dangerous driving crash in March 2024, dodging arrest and custody.
Judge Hits Out at Surrey Police’s Lavish Spend
At Staines Magistrates’ Court, District Judge Julie Cooper slammed the extravagant police charter, branding it “neither necessary nor proportionate.” The force’s bid to make Sullivan cover the full £18,049 cost of the private jet and extradition failed. Instead, he was ordered to pay just over £8,000 in police costs plus around £9,000 in prosecution fees.
“In my view, it is not just or reasonable for him to pay a chartered flight when I have been given no satisfactory explanation for why that should be.” – Judge Julie Cooper
Why a Private Jet? Court Demands Answers
Police claimed the National Crime Agency’s risk assessment justified the posh flight after other options were rejected — but refused to share the details, frustrating the court. Judge Cooper mocked the claim, highlighting Sullivan’s usual public travel without security worries. She argued a first-class commercial flight could have kept him under wraps just as well, saving taxpayers a packet.
Dangerous Driver’s Punishment
- Sullivan pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and driving without insurance.
- He received a one-year suspended sentence last November.
- Banned from driving for two years.
- Given a three-month electronic tag.
- Ordered to complete 300 hours of community service and 30 days of rehabilitation.
Surrey Police stressed the seriousness of Sullivan’s stunt, revealing he was caught speeding at 70mph in a 40mph zone before fleeing the scene. The force said: “It was imperative for the safety of Surrey’s roads that he was brought back to face trial.”
Behind the Influencer Image
Sullivan’s lawyer, Shalin Sood, described him as “completely calm and compliant” during custody and “surprised” by the private jet drama. Sood mocked claims that Sullivan was tricky to find, pointing out his daily social media livestreams. With an unreliable income reportedly around £2,000 a week, paying the costs upfront is unlikely. The judge gave Sullivan six months to settle the bill, warning him to explain if he can’t meet the deadline.
Controversial Star Caught in Netflix Spotlight
Sullivan is also featured in an upcoming Netflix Louis Theroux documentary about online misogyny and its effect on young people. In a viral clip, he defiantly told Theroux:
“Call me racist, call me a misogynist, call me homophobic, call me a scammer – I’m all those things… Say what you want about me, I am that, cool. I don’t care. And what?”
