Five Arrested and Charged with Attempted Murder and More
Following a fast-paced investigation and joint efforts with other forces, five people have been charged with serious offences:
- Kirstie Gavin, 32 – Attempted murder and conspiracy to murder
- Adrian Hylton, 43 – Attempted murder, conspiracy to murder, robbery, and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life
- Dwaine Patterson, 46 – Conspiracy to murder
- Terrence Regis, 43 – Attempted murder, conspiracy to murder, robbery, and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life
- Carly Smith, 36 – Conspiracy to murder
All five appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court and were remanded in custody. They are set to face Birmingham Crown Court next month.
