Billy James, 48, from the New Forest, is back in the spotlight – and not for good reasons. The stocky chap, standing 5ft 9ins with short brown hair and brown eyes, is wanted for breaching his prison licence. He also has outstanding warrants from East Dorset Magistrates’ Court and another local court.
Distinctive Tattoos Make Billy Easy to Spot
- ‘Emily’ inside a heart on his right arm
- ‘Rosie and Tommy’ in a bird and heart on his right arm
- ‘Pauline’ in a rose tattoo on his left arm
