WANTED: John Henry Bond on the Run After Harassment Conviction
Police are hunting John Henry Bond, 63, who pleaded guilty to serious harassment but skipped his sentencing. Now, an arrest warrant is out and officers are desperate to find him.
Bombarded Ex with Over 170 Threatening Texts and 80 Calls in a Day
Between 13 and 21 June 2018, Bond relentlessly targeted his former partner in Haywards Heath, sending around 170 threatening texts and making more than 80 phone calls in just 24 hours. This abusive campaign left her deeply distressed.
Sussex Police Warn: More Victims Possible
Says Sussex Police Crime Investigator Carolyn Adams: “Henry Bond bombarded his former partner with a string of threatening and abusive messages, which has caused her a great amount of distress. “While he admitted the offence of harassment, he has failed to appear in court for sentencing, and therefore a warrant for his arrest has been issued.”
“We are keen to locate Bond and bring him to justice, as we have reason to believe he has since committed further offences involving more victims. We would urge anyone who has been contacted by him to remain vigilant and contact us immediately.”
Last Seen in Poole – But Could Be Anywhere from Sussex to Dorset
Bond is thought to be living in Poole, Dorset. He also has links across East and West Sussex, plus Ferndown, Bournemouth, Weymouth, Wimborne in Dorset, Salisbury in Wiltshire, and Ringwood in Hampshire.
