Joshua Perry, 28, from Southampton, has been handed an indefinite hospital order with restrictions after killing his father. Perry pleaded guilty to manslaughter on grounds of diminished responsibility at Winchester Crown Court on Friday, 10 July.
Victim Found Strangled in Southampton Flat
The tragic case unfolded after John Perry, 70, was found dead in a flat on Bursledon Road, Southampton, on Wednesday, 5 February. The court revealed John died from strangulation inflicted by his son.
