Gun Haul in Enfield: Two Charged with Serious Firearms Offences

Arrests Made After Huge Weapons Seizure

Rosey Doolub, 45, and Marcel Barry, 25, both from Enfield, were charged on Friday, 24 July, following a major firearms bust. Police swooped on an Enfield address on Thursday, 23 July, recovering 25 firearms.

Multiple Firearms and Ammo Charges

The pair face multiple charges including:

  • Two counts of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life or assist others
  • Two counts of possessing firearms under 30/60cm
  • Two counts of possessing ammunition with intent to endanger life or enable others
  • Two counts of possession of ammunition without a valid certificate

Next Stop: Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court

Doolub and Barry were remanded to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 25 July, following their arrest by the Met’s Specialist Crime North team and specialist firearms officers.
