Man Charged with Murder After Early Morning Stabbing in Haringey
A 24-year-old man has been charged with murder following a brutal stabbing in Haringey. Adam Tarik, from Vale Road, N4, faces charges for the killing of 33-year-old Baris Kucuk and possession of an offensive weapon.
Deadly Attack in Seven Sisters Road
The shocking incident took place in Seven Sisters Road, N15, at around 3.10am on Saturday, 1 June. Emergency services rushed Baris Kucuk to hospital, but he tragically died two days later on Monday, 3 June.
Police Investigation and Court Appearance
Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command launched an intense investigation into the stabbing.
Adam Tarik is set to appear in custody at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 10 June.
Another Arrest Made, Then Released
On the day Baris died, police arrested a 17-year-old male on suspicion of murder. However, he has since been released under investigation as the case unfolds.
