Man Held on Suspicion of Arson
With the fire deemed suspicious, cops launched a full investigation. Their efforts paid off on March 3 when 25-year-old Wesley Guilherme Farias was arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life.
Charged and Due in Court
Farias, who has no fixed address, was formally charged the next day. He faces Westminster Magistrates’ Court on March 4 to answer the serious allegations against him.
