A man has been charged following a terrifying rape on Euston Road, Camden. The victim, a 19-year-old woman, bravely reported the attack in the early hours of Thursday, 9 October.
Suspect Arrested and Charged
Hassan Sarout, 21, with no fixed address, was arrested on Friday, 10 October. He was formally charged with rape the very next day. Sarout is due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 13 October.
