A man has been hit with murder and stalking charges in the mysterious disappearance of Craig Hurcombe.
Michael Bretton Charged with Murder and Stalking
Michael Bretton, 40, from Shaftesbury, Dorset, faces serious allegations. He is charged with the murder of Craig Hurcombe and stalking a woman, causing fear of violence.
Bretton was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Bristol Magistrates’ Court today, Friday 16 January.
Human Remains Found in Gurney Slade
Police uncovered human remains during searches in the Roemead Road area of Gurney Slade. The remains are believed to be those of missing Craig Hurcombe, 40, from Wiltshire.
Formal identification is pending. Craig’s family have been informed and are receiving support during this heartbreaking time.
