Man Charged Over Kilburn Stabbing

A man has been charged following a stabbing in Kilburn.

Victim Stabbed Multiple Times in Broad Daylight

Police rushed to Quex Road, NW6, at 12.53pm on Monday, 6 April, after reports of a man with stab wounds. They found a man in his 40s suffering multiple injuries.

The victim was rushed to a London hospital by ambulance and has since been discharged, police confirmed.

Suspect Arrested and Charged

Later that afternoon, cops arrested 24-year-old Mahad Mahamaud, who has no fixed address.

On Tuesday, 7 April, he was charged with Section 18 Grievous Bodily Harm with intent — a serious offence involving causing severe injury.

Mahamaud is due to appear in custody at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 8 April.
