London Man Faces Rape Charges Over Decades-Old Horsham Assaults
Oslen Kelman, 62, from Lambeth, London, has been hit with three rape charges related to attacks on a woman in Horsham between 1992 and 2004. The alleged victim is now in her 50s.
Bail Granted Ahead of December Court Date
Kelman, who lives on Lambert Road, was granted bail and is due to appear at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on December 22.
