Teen Locked Up After Brazen Burglary and Car Theft
An 18-year-old bloke from Gillingham has landed himself in hot water over a string of crimes. Joshua Rowmanowski, from Strover Street, faces serious charges including burglary, theft, and aggravated vehicle taking.
Charged With Stolen BMW and More
The charges stem from a burglary on Chelmsford Road, Rochester, on 10 August 2018, where a BMW vanished without a trace. Rowmanowski also allegedly carried an offensive weapon in public and used a vehicle without insurance or a licence.
