Man, 31, Charged with Multiple Rapes in Crawley Incident

Police Act Fast After Early Morning Attack

A 31-year-old man has been charged with three counts of rape following a shocking incident in Crawley over the weekend. Officers rushed to the Broadfield Barton area just after 4am on Saturday, 21 September, following a report of a woman being raped.

The victim was quickly found safe and is now receiving specialist support.

Suspect Held as Investigation Continues

Hyusein Hyusein, 31, of Grand Bay, Broadfield Barton, has been charged and remanded in custody. He is due to appear at Crawley Magistrates’ Court today, 23 September.

Another man, aged 30, was also arrested on suspicion of rape but has since been released on bail while investigations are ongoing.

Police Appeal for Witnesses and Evidence

Authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward. They are particularly keen to see any CCTV, mobile phone, or dash cam footage that could aid the investigation.
