Man Charged Over Brutal Pub Brawl in Gillingham
Dirk Peterson, 51, has been charged with serious assault following a violent incident at a Gillingham pub.
Assault at Fleur De Lis Pub
Peterson, from Ivy Street, Rochester, faced Medway Magistrates’ Court on 21 August 2020. He stands accused of grievous bodily harm (GBH) and actual bodily harm (ABH) after a fight at the Fleur De Lis on Gillingham Road.
Kent Police were called to the scene just before 5pm on 19 July 2020. Reports say two men were attacked during the fracas.
Custody and Next Court Date
Following his court appearance, Peterson was remanded in custody. He is set to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on 18 September to face the charges.
