Armed officers from the Met Police rushed to Hertford Road in Enfield after reports of a shooting on Thursday evening. A local resident living above the scene claims the victim was fired at five times, sparking a massive emergency response.

Paramedics Battle to Save Victim

London Ambulance Service paramedics were called alongside armed police. They treated a man suffering a serious head injury before rushing him to hospital. The victim remains in a life-threatening condition.

Police Launch Urgent Investigation

A Met Police spokesperson confirmed officers were called to the scene at 4.30pm on 19 March following reports of a shooting. Despite the heavy police presence, no arrests have yet been made. Enquiries are ongoing as officers comb the area for evidence.
