Man Wanted for PC Sharon Beshenivsky’s Murder Faces Pakistan Court
A key suspect in the murder of PC Sharon Beshenivsky is set for an extradition hearing in Pakistan on Monday, 9 November.
Piran Ditta Khan Caught and Held in Pakistan
Piran Ditta Khan, 71, was arrested back in January and remains in custody awaiting his fate.
PC Beshenivsky was shot dead while responding to a robbery at Universal Travel on Morley Street, bradford/" title="Bradford" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Bradford, on 18 November 2005.
Police Push for Swift Justice
Detective Superintendent Mark Swift said: “Khan is due in court fighting his extradition. We are working with our colleagues from the National Crime Agency and the Pakistani Authorities to ensure his extradition is as quick as possible.”
