£300,000 in Heroin Found Hidden Understairs
The stash was cunningly hidden in a tub beneath the stairs. The heroin, stamped with the Porsche logo, was valued at a staggering £300,000 on the streets. Wilkes was also found with cannabis during the raid.
Justice Served at Maidstone Crown Court
Wilkes faced Maidstone Crown Court on 13 July 2020, where he admitted possession with intent to supply heroin alongside cannabis possession. The judge didn’t hesitate, handing down a four-and-a-half-year prison sentence.
Police Crack Down on Drug Dealers
Detective Constable Mark Froome from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate said: “This was a significant seizure of drugs that would have disrupted the drug supply network in the area. We will continue to target those intent on dealing in the death and misery of class A drugs and will not hesitate in putting those involved in drug supply before the courts.”
