Drug Dealer Caught Living the High Life – Now Locked Up for Four Years
Tyler Jones Faces Justice
Newport’s own Tyler Jones, 26, has been sentenced to four years behind bars. Jones pleaded guilty to seven drug-related offences at Cardiff Crown Court on Friday, 7 May.
Seven Charges, Serious Crime
- Possession with intent to supply Class A drugs – cocaine and crack cocaine
- Involvement in supply and offer to supply cocaine
- Possession of a Class B drug
- Two counts of acquiring, using, or possessing criminal property
Lavish Lifestyle Shattered
PC Solomon Lowe revealed Jones funded his flashy lifestyle with crime cash. “He flaunted designer clothes and sped around town in performance cars, all bought from illegal drug money,” said Lowe.
“The sentence imposed will act as a clear warning to others that exploiting vulnerable members of the public to make money will not be tolerated.”
