Burglary Bust in Tunbridge Wells: Power Tools and Cocaine Found
Early Morning Raid
Police were called to Summervale Road at 7.30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 3, after reports of property damage.
Officers spotted a man lurking near a wheelie bin outside a property. Checking inside the bin, they found several power tools.
Forced Door and Drugs Discovered
When officers checked a nearby house under renovation, they found the front door had been forced open.
Inside, a small amount of cocaine was also uncovered.
Suspect Charged and Remanded
Kalvin Tiernan, 26, from Rowan Tree Road, Tunbridge Wells, was arrested at the scene.
He faces charges of burglary and drug possession and was remanded in custody.
Tiernan is set to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, August 4.
