Three Injured in Late-Night Brawl on Gravesend’s New Road
Violent Clash Shakes Gravesend
Detectives are hunting for witnesses after a messy disturbance left three people injured in Gravesend late on Friday, 24 January 2025. The flare-up erupted just before midnight at 11:46pm on New Road, close to the junction with Princes Street, where two groups reportedly clashed.
Injuries and Arrests
Two men and a woman suffered facial injuries during the altercation. They were rushed to hospital and thankfully later discharged. Kent Police quickly responded to the scene and arrested three suspects shortly after:
- An 18-year-old man suspected of assault
- A 21-year-old man accused of a public order offence
- A 17-year-old girl arrested on suspicion of assault and a public order offence
All three have been bailed as investigations continue.
