Dog Attack Horror on Mannock Drive Path

Chaos erupted at 10:15am on Wednesday 12 October near Mannock Drive when two unleashed dogs charged at a woman and her pet. The terrified woman was out walking her dog when the pair of off-lead dogs launched an attack.

Victim Attacked While Trying to Intervene

As the woman tried to separate the fighting dogs, they turned on her, snapping at her hands, wrists, and forearms. The owners finally appeared, leashed their dogs, but then fled towards the Howard estate, leaving the victim shaken.

Suspects and Dogs Described

  • The attacking dogs resembled a Border Collie and a Boxer.
  • The owners were two men, aged late 20s to early 30s.
  • Both had brown hair; one was wearing glasses.
