Nottingham Assault Horror: Police Hunt 11 More Suspects After Man Left Fighting for Life

Brutal Attack Rocks Nottingham City Centre

Police swooped on Nottingham’s Upper Parliament Street early on Saturday, March 5, after a man was punched and knocked to the ground near the Trinity Walk junction. It was around 3.35am when officers were called to the chaos.

Eleven People Named in Serious Assault Probe

Detectives have launched a full-scale investigation and urgently want to speak to 11 more individuals linked to the savage attack. The public is being urged to come forward if they recognise anyone from the released images.

Victim in Critical Condition, Suspects Charged and Bailed

  • The 26-year-old victim remains in hospital, stable but serious.
  • A 21-year-old man has been charged with grievous bodily harm.
  • A 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and later bailed with conditions.

Police Plea for Crucial Witnesses

Detective Inspector Chris Berryman said: “It is incredibly important that we speak with these people pictured as soon as possible as we believe they may have vital information that could help us with our investigation.

“Our thoughts remain with the young man and his family and friends at this really upsetting time. We want to reassure them we are doing everything to piece together what happened.”

“If anyone recognises any of the people pictured, I would urge them to come forward and speak to us by calling 101, or Crimestoppers.”

“Any information, no matter how small, could greatly benefit our investigation and help bring those responsible to justice.”
