Jailbird on the Run: Murderer Escapes Hollesley Bay
Police are hunting Adrian Patchett, 42, after he vanished from Hollesley Bay prison early Sunday.
Cold-Blooded Killer at Large
Patchett was locked up for life after stabbing his pregnant girlfriend Shirley Batt in the neck back in 2007. At the time, he was handed 14 years for the horrific murder.
Failed to Return from Temporary Release
He was out on temporary licence in Ipswich but broke the rules and failed to return by 5:35am on August 7th. Since then, he’s gone missing and remains at large.
What He Looks Like
- White male, about 5ft 10ins tall
- Medium build
- Blue eyes
- Bald head with a full beard
- Tattoo reading ‘Mother’ on his left arm
