Four Face Burglary and Car Theft Charges in Great Harwood

Four men from Great Harwood have been hit with serious charges over an alleged burglary and motor vehicle theft plot.

  • Samuel Walmsley, 19, of Cliffe Lane
  • Noah Mulligan, 21, of Petre Crescent
  • Kevin Docherty, 27, of Beaconsfield (also charged with disqualified driving)
  • Jordan Whittam, 19, of Cross Street

All four are charged with conspiracy to commit burglary and steal motor vehicles. They appeared at Blackburn Magistrates’ Court on Friday, November 4th.

Another Man Released Under Investigation

A 21-year-old man from Great Harwood was arrested for burglary and possession with intent to supply a Class A drug. He has since been released under investigation while police continue inquiries.

Police Crack Down on Burglary in Great Harwood

Police launched an appeal to identify a stolen ring connected to the case. After the callout, the rightful owner came forward to claim it.

Officers say they are “committed to tackling burglary head on, locking up offenders and keeping victims at the centre.”
